The aim of our ‘Ready Let’ service is to make the process of re-letting/re-tenanting your property as stress free as possible, ensuring it is turned around quickly ready for your new tenants.
The Ready-Let service includes:
- An initial works survey and property health check
- Fixed timescales for the work
- Utility switch off
- Lock change where required
- Essential maintenance and security check
- Garden and property rubbish clearance
- Reclamation of any items (such as furniture) to a local cause
- Electrical Safety Check
- Gas Landlord’s Safety Check
